1. Connect

2. Claim

Claim your $49 introductory offer!
We want you to have confidence in the person treating your child!. This 30 minute pre-assessment intro offer enables you to ask questions, discuss funding options and build rapport before making the decision to invest additional finances and time.

3. assess

A comprehensive assessment of your child’s communication status is  typically completed within an 1 hour session block. Assessment also includes information gathering from a variety of sources to gain a holistic picture of your child’s strengths and challenges. This involves additional time outside of your assessment block but is included in your assessment package.

4. plan 

After you leave your assessment session, results will be analysed and interpreted by your SLP. Based on assessment findings, a detailed  assessment report is completed along with any recommendations, referrals and a plan of action. This will be emailed to you with the option of a phone call to discuss results. All this is included in your assessment package.

Funding and rebate options

  • NDIS funding is accepted for participants who are self or plan managed. Fee is consistent with current NDIS recommendations of $193.99/hr.

  • Services for complex neurodevelopmental disorders and eligible disabilities:

    From March 1, 2026, speech sound disorders were added to the eligible disabilities list under the Medicare MBS M10 item group (services for ‘complex neurodevelopmental disorders and eligible disabilities'). This entitles individuals under 25 to access a total of 20 subsidised sessions per lifetime and may be used in combination with a Chronic Condition Management Plan.

    Referral from a GP, consultant physician or specialist is required.

    Estimated benefit: $87.25/hr

    Chronic Condition Management (CCM) Plan

    A Medicare rebate may also apply when a Chronic Disease Management Plan is completed by your GP.

    Please note: full payment of $193.99/hr will be required at the time of service. You alone are responsible for collecting your rebate from Medicare once payment has been made.

  • Reduced rate of $183.99/hr for health care card holders only.

    (Talk to your GP or enquire through the contact page to see if your child may eligible for the M10 Medicare rebate of up to $87 per session.)

  • Your refund amount is dependent on your health fund's rules and your level of your cover. (Contact your health insurer prior to your session to discuss your level of cover.)

    Please note: full payment of $193.99 will be required at the time of service. You alone are responsible for collecting your refund from your health insurer once your invoice has been paid in full.

  • Self-funded clients are welcome to access all services. Fees are consistent across all services at $193.99/hr.
